WINVEDHA END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”)
This Agreement is a legal and binding contract between you (“you” or “your”) and Winvedha (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By clicking the “ACCEPT” button or by installing, copying, or using the Winvedha application or any websites owned or controlled by Winvedha, you indicate that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by all its terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that any third-party beneficiary, device manufacturers, or telecommunication service providers may enforce the provisions in this Agreement and the Terms of Use.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Winvedha grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Winvedha application/website for personal, non-commercial use on devices under your ownership. You are prohibited from linking to the application without written permission, allowing others to use it with your login, modifying, copying, or engaging in any other unauthorized activities.
UPGRADES/UPDATES
You acknowledge that Winvedha may release upgraded or modified versions of the application/website. You consent to automatic upgrades, and this Agreement will govern all versions. Winvedha may modify or discontinue the application/website at any time without notice.
TITLE TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You shall not use the website/application for any illegal purpose. Winvedha retains all title and ownership rights to intellectual property. No express or implied rights are granted under any patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secret rights of Winvedha.
TITLE TO CONTENT
Content served through the application belongs to Winvedha or third parties and is protected by copyright and other laws. Users must comply with copyright laws, and Winvedha is not responsible for any infringement by users.
HYPERLINKED ENTITIES
Hyperlinked entities, excluding Winvedha-owned properties, are not under Winvedha’s control, and Winvedha is not liable for their content. Users are responsible for adhering to the terms of service for any hyperlinked entity.
REGISTRATION
Users must provide accurate information during registration and update it accordingly. Users are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and account activities.
PAYMENTS
Payments should be made only to the prescribed Winvedha bank account. Winvedha is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Use of the website/application is at your own risk. Winvedha makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted, secure, error-free operation or the accuracy of content obtained through the application.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Winvedha is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the application. Users indemnify Winvedha against claims related to violation of this Agreement or any law.
TERMINATION
This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate its limitations. Winvedha may terminate this Agreement and your access to the application at any time with or without notice.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
For inquiries, contact Customer Service through provided channels. Phone manufacturers or network operators do not provide support for the application.
MODIFICATION
Winvedha may modify this Agreement, and revisions will be posted on the website. Users are advised to check regularly. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
RESTRICTED RIGHTS AND EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
Users agree not to use the application in countries where its use may be illegal.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Delhi, India. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
