Refund Policy General Information
Refunds for any eligible transactions may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. The timeframe depends on the processing times of our third-party payment gateways. Delays may occur in certain cases due to bank processing times, and we actively work to resolve them by maintaining constant communication with the payment gateways.
I) Refund Available – Winvedha Bundle Courses
Our policy allows customers to request a refund for their purchase within 24 hours of the original transaction. Kindly be aware that our company does not consider refund requests beyond the initial 24 hours following the transaction. Refunds are subject to a deduction of a 2% payment gateway fee and a 5% processing fee from the refundable amount.
